About me

Imagine waking up every morning feeling like you can take on the world. How great does that feel? In 2019, I opened the doors to my practice to clients — offering them a wide range of counseling and psychological tools to guide them through life’s challenges and stressful times. I care about your well-being and provide you the tools you need to seize the day and learn how to tackle even the most traumatic circumstances.

My Approach

My belief is that there is no one-size-fits-all therapy model, and I want to help you figure out what works best for you, whether it means integrating different ways of expression, such as art or play, or incorporating spirituality in your treatment. In therapy, my goal is for you to feel safe exploring thoughts, feelings, and memories that may be uncomfortable. Collaboratively, we will begin to uncover helpful ways to build positive progress that lasts past the end of our therapy sessions.

Therapy Sessions

1.

Individual
Psychotherapy

A form of therapy in which the client is treated on a one-on-one basis with a therapist. Individual therapy allows the therapist and client to focus on each other, building a rapport and working together to solve the client's issues.

2.

Couples
Therapy

A type of psychotherapy in which a therapist works with couples and helps gain insight into their relationship, resolve conflicts, and improve  relationship satisfaction.

3.

Family
Therapy

Family therapy is designed to address specific issues that affect the psychological health of the family, such as major life transitions, mental health conditions, and parenting difficulties.

4.

Immigration
Evaluations

An Immigration Psychological Evaluation is psychological assessment that is used to help immigration courts determine whether an individual will be able to remain lawfully in the United States.

It’s not the trauma that defines us. It’s how we choose to react to it. How we choose to move on.
